HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I LIST?
Good news! As many as you wish! Enjoy the listing fee free area! 🙂

WHERE CAN I MANAGE MY ACCOUNT AND LIST MY PRODUCTS?
Just login to your account, clicking on  ‘MY ACCOUNT’ button at the top of the site then click on the ‘VENDOR DASHBOARD’ button.

ARE THERE ANY COMMISSIONS AFTER SALES?
ONLY IF YOU ARE ON THE ‘COMMISSION AFTER SALES’ PLAN!
There are 3 payment options to choose from:

1: FIX MONTHLY FEE
– no listing fee
– no commissions after sales
– fix monthly fee, a very reasonable 15 AUD (Australian Dollars)
In case of monthly payment, when  your application is accepted
– by the 5th day of the actual month you’ll be invoiced for the entire month ( 15 AUD )
– between the 6th and the 25th day of the actual month, you’ll be invoice one and a half month. Half for the actual month + for the following month, such as 22 AUD.
– between the 26th and the last day of the actual month, you’ll be invoiced for the following month ( 15 AUD ) only.

2: FIX YEARLY FEE
– no listing fee
– no commissions after sales
– fix 1 year (365 days) fee, 120 AUD (Australian Dollars)

3: COMMISSION AFTER SALES
– no listing fee
– 10% commission after sales. The commission is calculated only on your product’s price, excluded shipping fee. If you have  coupons, then commission is calculated after the coupon has been applied to the price.

Pick the payment option you think is the best for your budget! Your payment option can be changed anytime if you prefer to have an other one!

HOW PAYMENT WORKS?
Folt Bolt Shop has PayPal adaptive payment which means that when a customer places an order, the payment goes directly to the Vendor’s paypal account. To make it work smoothly you are supposed to connect your paypal email address to the Vendor Dashboard .> Settings > Payment menu, otherwise you won’t be able to receive the amount!

ABOUT LISTINGS

HOW CAN I CONFIGURE MY SHIPPING RATES?
– Login to your account
– Click on the ‘Vendor Dashboard’ button at the top of the page
– Click on ‘Settings’
– Click on ‘Shipping’
There are two options at the moment, you can choose from:
1. COUNTRY TABLE RATE SHIPPING
This is the default shipping method on Folt Bolt Shop, but you can ask me anytime, to change it for you to the flat rate shipping, if you prefer that one! Use Country Table Rate shipping if you wish to configure a different shipping rate for each country you ship to.
You can add all the country you ship to.
You cannot simply add for example EU or Rest of the World, but the developers have promised a quick solution for this issue. The ‘States’ and ZIP code sections can be left blank. The country rates can be overridden on a per product basis.

2. FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Use this shipping method if you have a  Default National Shipping Fee ( The default shipping fee within your country, this can be overridden on a per product basis.) and a Default International Shipping Fee (The default shipping fee outside your country, this can be overridden on a per product basis.)

HOW CAN I MAKE MY PRODUCTS VARIABLE  AND ADD ATTRIBUTES, SUCH AS COLOR OR SIZE?

SIZE OF THE PRODUCT IMAGES: 600 X 600
SIZE OF THE SHOP BANNER: 1400 X 350/400
SIZE OF THE AVATAR IMAGE: 100 X 100

HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE BEST CATEGORIES FOR MY PRODUCTS?
The ‘CATEGORIES’ section is a drop down menu where you will find all the currently available product categories, style, pattern, material option. Take a good look at this drop down list, select all the options you need to make sure your product can be found easily.

ABOUT CURRENCY
The default currency on Folt Bolt Shop, is USD.
There is a currency switcher on the SHOP pages  sidebar, where you and all the customers can change the USD to their preferred currency, but please note: YOU ARE ONLY ABLE TO LIST YOUR PRODUCTS IN USD, otherwise the currency switcher will make some funny calculations, we don’t want at all!

ABOUT SOLD ITEMS
Marking an item shipped does not change the order status. You can add tracking numbers and notify the customer through your Vendor Dashboard that the item has shipped, mentioning the postal service you have used. You can also send a note using the order notes to confirm that the order is complete.

SUGGESTION
Name your listed images properly!!! It is not compulsory, but a name like ‘ Blue felted hat’ looks better than 123.jpg…but please name them before the listing because you cannot edit them later, unless you delete and reload them.
It can be seen when someone:
– hoover over the image
– save the image
– pin the image
Also google prefers proper image names!
